Tracey Thorne

Tracey Thorne is a British practice-based research artist working primarily with photography and cyanotype. Her practice explores themes of visual culture, memory, place and contemporary social and environmental issues. She has a particular interest in using art as a method of research to examine the colonial histories and connections between Britain and Jamaica. Her work engages with archives and photographic histories as a starting point for creative research enquiry, image-making and visual storytelling.
